What to expect

We want you to have a great experience in our office. In order to fully understand your medical history and dental concerns, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a registration form and health history. Please bring along a list of current medications and your insurance card which will allow us to electronically file your claim for you.

We will discuss all treatment with you in advance and are interested in your questions. We want to keep you informed of all costs and help your understand your insurance benefits. We are prepared to address all aspects of your dental care and welcome your participation.
