We reserve time for each person in our practice to provide our services and require 24 hours notice to rearrange an appointment. You may be charged a fee if this policy is not met. We do understand there are some circumstances that are unavoidable and will with each individual account.

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. As a courtesy to those fortunate enough to have dental insurance we will file for you.
